How do I change the default role on the Invite User form?

When I invite a new user, the default is Trusted User, giving them access to all programs, including service desk. How do I change the default to Basic?

Thank you for getting in touch with Atlassian Community!
Currently, all new users are set as trusted, it's not possible to change to basic. We have a feature request suggesting the implementation of this ability:
