When I invite a new user, the default is Trusted User, giving them access to all programs, including service desk. How do I change the default to Basic?

Thank you for getting in touch with Atlassian Community! Currently, all new users are set as trusted, it's not possible to change to basic. We have a feature request suggesting the implementation of this ability: - https://jira.atlassian.com/browse/ID-6769 Please, click on vote and watch in order to hear about updates on the development cycle.
