How can I remove a org & site administrator if we didn´t have another org&site admin?

How can I remove a org & site administrator if we didn´t have another org&site admin? He is not longer at the organization but when he create the site didn't create another user with the same privileges just site-administrators.  Now we coudn't remove his user and obviusly either add another org&site admin
