We've just signed up for a trial of Atlassian Access, mainly for use with our JIRA instance.  After having claimed accounts for our domain, we've picked up a large number of users who have signed up for Trello.  Many accounts have been inactive for a long time and are going to cost money for little added value.  Is it possible to automate the deactivation after a period of inactivity?

Thanks

Hi @Phil Tayles ,

All users with the claimed domain and consuming any of the Atlassian cloud products are ideally counted against the Atlassian access bill. To prevent unnecessary billing of all users to your organization you may make use of the non-billable policy feature. Refer: What-is-a-non-billable-policy

Also, there are Atlassian access APIs available to deactivate managed users, you can play around and create your own automated solution if needed. Refer: https://developer.atlassian.com/cloud/admin/user-management/rest/intro/

Utkarsh
