Hello Community, I tried to create a Jira cloud instance and due to delays my account was deactivated, I tried to reach out to Admin.atlassian.com so i can enable it, but unfortunately i can't access it until i log in. How can we re-enable it ?
Hi @Charbel Jarjour , are you an Org Admin yourself? Is your Atlassian Access connected to an identity provider?

Unfortunately I'm not connected to identity provider, I created an instance through my personal email/account. And I can't access the admin site, I need to login and my account is deactivated
