Can't create or view page

I think it because I don't have permission, as while I want to create a page, it shows. But I don't know whom should I contact to get the permission.

To find out who the space admins are for a particular space:

1. Go to the space in Confluence Cloud.
2. Select Space Settings from the sidebar.
3. Select Space details from the Manage space card.
4. See Administrators.
