When I'm inviting new users to my site, Beacon is the only Product selected by default. Is this a "Beta" expected behavior or should I be able to change this somewhere?
I know some of the Product Access options have been moved around with the Organization changes so I might have missed the option somewhere.
Hey @Adam and @Kalin U
Sorry it took a few days to get back!
Unfortunately, there currently is not any way to adjust this yourself. Here is a public ticket to add that functionality back (https://jira.atlassian.com/browse/ID-8059)
In the short-term, you can file a support ticket through your typical support channels and they will have the ability to get access to an API which can adjust the default settings for you.
In the medium term, we agree that this should not be defaulted for Beacon and we're working to get it turned off universally for everyone.
Thanks for your feedback, participation in the Beta and hopefully, patience. Totally understand this isn't the ideal solution.
Thanks for confirming @Tony Knopp - We certainly don't want new users to get access to security incidents by default. :)

Hey @Adam
We're taking a peek at this now, I will let you know what we determine!

I was perplexed by this too and can relate to the screenshot above. The combination of the "Role" field and the "Product access" selection for instances where the old user administration is still in place needs to be considered. I wouldn't expect every new user to be a Beacon "Basic" user by default.
