Hi,
I am implementing a solution with Jira Service Desk in Cloud and using Atlassian Access to access external directories for authentication, also using 2FA.
We have agents in two different directories: ADFS and Google Cloud Identity (some agents in ADFS and other agents in Google).
No problem with one directory but, is it possible to use these two directories concurrently?
