Hi,

We are looking to use Atlassian Access to sync JIRA cloud with our Azure AD to enable SSO/AD sync. Are there any additional Azure hosting costs to configure SSO/AD sync for JIRA cloud apart from Access subscription costs? Thanks in advance!

Hi @Aravind Gopalakrishnan ,

I don't believe so. SSO and user provisioning, which are the main features Atlassian supports, are included with all plans for Azure AD: https://azure.microsoft.com/en-us/pricing/details/active-directory/

Thanks @Dave Meyer . So this means, once we have Access subscription, there are no other costs from Azure for SSO provisioning. Hope my understanding is correct.
