We lost access to our Atlassian site right away we completed the GSuite Sync process.
We still have access to Atlassian account but not to our site (neither to Jira or Confluence).
Any idea how can we get control again of the site?

I would recommend contacting Atlassian Support directly to help resolve this situation, they can help diagnose what has gone wrong and disable the G Suite sync temporarily if necessary. https://support.atlassian.com/contact/

We did it. Helpdesk just fixed the issue. There was nothing to do from our site.
