For anyone who has migrated Jira Server or Datacenter to the cloud, did you do it yourself or engage a partner?

Hi Aaron,

Migrating to Jira Cloud is clearly a benefit, but how you do this could become a challenging process once you get going. You may uncover issues that you didn't know you had. It's like anything else in life that you may want to "DIY" it. Would you replace your engine on your Porsche yourself or would you let the Porsche certified mechanic do it for you? How much would you save by doing it yourself? What I've found is that many customers often start the cloud migration process on their own, but after trial and error, they reach out to a partner.
