There were a lot of updates today, which was your favourite? 

Roadmaps for me was amazing! 

I think it is a perfect missing piece of the puzzle I needed to keep track of my work.

I agree on the roadmaps, that is awesome! I know some of our development teams will benefit from it. I'm also exited about the new ITSM template that was announced here on the Community.
