It seems that Atlassian Cloud is getting better and better, not sure yet how better than on premises Data Center yet. Do you?

I like Atlassian Cloud from the perspective of speed, cost, and not having to manage the instance. However, Datacenter might have to be used from a corporate policy/security standpoint. The control on datacenter is nice too but keep in mind the cost can start to grow.
