Not receiving Email Notification

I have checked with notification helper and it says all is correct but non of my team meber receiving email from Feb-22

What plan are you on? For the free plan for example you only get a limited amount of emails that are sent out for each month.

We are not on Free Plan. we are on Standard Plan
