I received a mail from Atlassian to introduce myself.
I used to work for a company that deployed an earlier version of Jira for bug tracking. Later I used other product management and service management tools. During my last engagement as CIO I inherited a JIRA Software Management platform and included Jira Service Desk myself.
Now, the new company I entered thinks of using JIRA for their Digital roadmaps. I could not be more happy but as such I set up my own JIRA environment to teach myself the ins and outs of the products (JIRA, JIRA SD, Confluence, Trello).
