My Login creds not working in jiradc2 -->  https://jiradc2.ext.net.nokia.com/login.jsp

Please send me the procedure to get the password reset.

On the login page, there is a link for "forgot password".

If that is not there, or does nothing, then you will need to ask your Jira admins.  (From memory though, Nokia are using their internal directories, so a password reset would have to be done with whatever that user directory system is)
