Hi!

I'm new here in the community and I wanted to understand today, how does Jira deal with suggestions for improvements?

Is there a forum where ideas are presented and voted on to enter a roadmap?

I understand that this forum is more of a contribution between users and support.

I would like to enter which flow to follow.

If someone also wants to contribute as he performs in your company, please share!

I work in a company also on the SaaS platform and we are developing for our customers.

Forum, not really, but that is one of the things this Community site is for - Atlassian do look in here for ideas and discussions about various things.

But improvements, features, additions, bugs, problems and so-on (in fact everything except direct support calls) end up in, well, Jira...  https://jira.atlassian.com/secure/Dashboard.jspa - that's where you'll end up if you work through raising an improvement from https://support.atlassian.com/contact

So, here is where to discuss this stuff, but Jira is where to raise and vote on it.
