Hello team,

Kindly ask you for support or advice

I need to change the status in JIRA in the workflow properly: To Do à In progress à Done

but don’t know where this change need to be done in the workflow in general

as the status in the list in Confluence not showing the right status it was showing “To Do” even it was done, then I need to amend the status manually in JIRA for single issue

Could you please just navigate me to do this amendment

I am sorry, but the question is a little unclear to me.  Are you trying to change the status of an issue, or are you trying to rename a status?

If it's the first, then you'll need to push the issue through the workflow until it reaches the status you want it to be in.  If it's the second, then you will need to ask your administrators to rename the status.
