Add Links to Jira Cloud Projects

Hi Team,

I am not able to add external links to my Jira Cloud Project and I can't find the External links option in project settings>features.

From where would you like to add a link? From an issue? From another products? In the sidebar of an existing project? Between issues?

In the sidebar of a project, above Project settings (if you're an admin) you have Add shortcut to add a an item to the project.
