Reporter email issue

For 2 days I received the oops on the Reporter of the ticket. Why?

What do you mean by getting oops ?
Are you trying to open the reporters profile ?
If yes, Your org may have blocked that piece with permission settings due to legal compliance issues.

Yes, when my cursor was over the "Reporter's name I got the Oop instead of the profile.

No permissions have been changed on our end.
