How can I turn a manually built footer into a reusable macro for Confluence knowledge base articles?

I designed a basic footer for a Confluence knowledge base.  The footer has a live search macro and a page tree macro and another section with hyperlinks to external/additional educational resources (these links vary per page)

I would like to convert that footer setup into a macro that I can insert on other pages because I have 10s of pages and it would be daunting to recreate this manually. 

How can I go about doing this or having someone from Atlassian/Confluence assist?

The easiest way to do this is with the Include Page macro:

Insert the include page macro | Confluence Cloud | Atlassian Support
