How can I restrict the space in the ask question form to global space

How can I restrict the ask a question form to show only the global space in the space dropdown for creating questions? I am on confluence cloud. 

I did see the article here - https://community.atlassian.com/t5/Questions-for-Confluence/Disable-questions-for-spaces-in-Confluence-Cloud-version/qaq-p/966921   But I don't see an option to disable the modules

Thank you for bringing this to us!

In our Server apps, you can go to UPM and search for a specific add-on and disable parts of the add-on (known as modules). This is what Stephen is referring to in his answer. Unfortunately, this is not possible in Confluence Cloud, as this is managed by Atlassian. See Managing Apps for more details on that functionality in Cloud.

As the behavior stands currently, users are able to ask questions in any space they have permissions to.

There is a current feature request below for this. You can vote on it and be automatically added to the list of watchers:

• CONFCLOUD-57675 As an admin, force users to ask questions only in specific space

In the meantime, it's not possible to move questions out of the current space they are in, but we do have another feature request for this, which was previously mentioned by Stephen:

• CONFCLOUD-57117 Option to move questions between spaces.
