WhatsApp Jira Integration

I was planning to build a WhatsApp bot to Create Issues on the Jira Boards. This service is only for me so only 1 user. I learned about the WhatsApp Jira Integrator (Twilio), I activate the App and it showed up in the App list but I don't understand how to use it. From the steps mentioned in the Documentation, I tried All the ways but made no progress.

 

The WhatsApp Jira App got some new updates where it has changed "Link Twilio" to something about "Link WhatsApp" but I do not need any option in the Jira Software, not in the Manage App for WhatsApp Jira App nor any other place.

If anyone Knows how to use this please guide me.
