Marketplace Spotlight: Zephyr

Hello Atlassian Community!

Each month, we run a series of Spotlights to highlight Marketplace vendors and apps that our team thinks this Community would find valuable. In last month's Spotlight on XpandIT, we looked at an IT consulting company that has found success in developing apps for the Atlassian Marketplace.

This month, our Spotlight is on our Platinum Top Vendor Zephyr - a marketplace vendor that is known for their test management solutions.

Check them out in Marketplace!

How do you learn best? In a recent blog post, Zephyr wrote about the 4 different styles of communication and how to work best with each learner. The 4 different types of learners -- visual, auditory, written, or kinesthetic, each have different styles for learning best:

  • Visual learners take up 65% of the general population and love visual aid to process information
  • Auditory learners best process information through meetings, presentations, and lively discussions
  • Readers/Writters love having printed materials and taking notes to help them understand new information
  • Kinesthetic learners are a rare breed of only 5% of the population and learn best through active participation such as walking, role-playing, or even throwing a ball around

Understanding what type of learners are on your team allows each person to perform optimally and helps your team perform overall at its best. Read the full blog or take the VARK questionnaire to find out which type of learner you are!

How does your team adapt work for different learners?
