Infinite loop cancelling reindexing

Hi,

Perform an unsuccessful upload of a project from the xray document generator, however; I stay in an infinite loop in a canceling state and it doesn't change state.

Could someone clarify what I can do to solve it?

It is necessary to troubleshoot the cause, and the best approach is to have a support team member handling your case since reasons may differ from one customer to another.
