JIRA Server 8.8.1

Script Runner: 5.9.1-p5

Have two custom fields on screen.  One is a "Select List (single choice)" for Customers and the second one is a "Select List (multiple choices)" for database regions.   I am trying to find a way for when selecting the customer from the single choice list that will then filter the multiple choice list with ones for that specific customer.

For example:

       Customer 1 would give me Region-UAT, Region-DEV, Region-PROD

        Customer 2 would give me Region-A, Region-B, Region-C

So the regions would change as the customer in the single select would change and Customer 1 would not see Customer 2 regions and the reverse.

I have tried the options here but have not been able to get any of them to work:

I finally got the example here to work.

https://library.adaptavist.com/entity/set-available-options-to-a-multi-select-list

Turned out the screen that the Custom Fields were on had a different displayed name from the name of the actually field.  Once I changed to use the field names as defined it would work.

So need to be extra careful when the names of the fields are the ones that you find under custom fields and not necessarily the ones on screen especially for service desk.
