Only these notifications are available and only one sound is available when you enable notifications

i've read all related articles so my jira is working on cloud, and if i've understood, is not possible to create a push notification or sound on my device if new ticket will arrive in ALL OPEN TICKETS queue. This will works only if someone will assign the ticket for a specific team member.
