why am i getting an alert on the top of JIRA?

hi, 
i renewed my license yesterday. why Im seeing this msg constantly on the top of my JIRA ? I have attached the screenshot. Please have a look. 
Also Im not able to work properly in "permission schemes".

Please help me.

Hi @Kh_Ehsana_Rahman ,

JIRA protects access to its administrative functions by requiring a secure administration session in order to use the JIRA administration screens.When a JIRA administrator (who is logged into JIRA) attempts to access an administration function, they are prompted to log in again.

An administrator can choose to manually end their secure session by clicking the 'drop access' link in the banner displayed at the top of their screen.
