where do I find the content management template?

I have Jira Core and have used the content management template before as a user. Now I'm an administrator and I want to get and use this template in my current job.  How do I find the template so I can begin using it?

If you create a new project from Projects > Create project, click the change template button.

Then select the Business category, and the content management template should be there:
