Hello everyone,

Our working hours is 8h 30m also defined as such in time tracking settings.

When logged 1d issue via time tracking field, It show 8h 30m in timesheet app calendar. But when logged 1d issue via timesheet app calendar, It show 8h in the calendar. You need to write 8h 30m instead of 1d to fix it.

What do you think could be the cause of this problem?

Hi @Berat Altunhan

For this you need to edit the time tracking at the global level to take 8h 30m per day,

then if you enter 1d time tracking it will show 8h 30m.

Look at the screenshot give below you will understand.

let me know if you encounter any issues or have any questions.

Thanks,

Thanks @Geethanjali Katagani

But my settings like your screenshot, I think there is no problem when you enter the log directly from the issue (I logged 1d and I go to timesheet calendar and I can see as 8h 30m). The problem might be timesheet app calendar when I logged their page 1d looks like 8h.

The app interface is like this, when we click the plus button from here and enter the log, I only have this problem.

Hi @Berat Altunhan ,

I've also attempted to resolve the issue by inputting 1 day of time spent, but the plugin

displays it as 8 hours. I even tried adjusting the working hours within the plugin, but it didn't work.

My suggestion would be to reach out to the plugin vendor for assistance with this issue.

Hi Berat,

If you can specify which timesheet app you are using, you may get better answers.
