Yes, Cloud does some browser detection and fails when it thinks it sees a browser it does not support.

This is annoying, but it is a valid thing to do, at least warn people that their browser is not supported.

Most browsers can lie about who they are (usually with apps to enable it), you may be able to do that in Katalon studio - best to tell Cloud that you're using firefox or chrome.
