ticket does not show in all reported tickets but shows on ticket customer tracker

Hello, I am kindly seeking your help regarding a missing ticket that is not showing when I download the reports for all reported tickets. But the ticket that I am looking for is existing and showing up in the customer ticket tracker. please help

The reports that I'm trying to download are tickets from a specific customer. I downloaded the reports by going to the project portal, then clicking on the charts and reports. I chose All Reported Tickets from the report options, as seen in the screenshot above, then clicked Download. Note that I already selected the specific customer's name on the filter in All Reported Tickets.

Hello @Samuel Lugtu 

To create this report, you (or someone else in your instance) performed 2 filters (one for each report).

So I guess it's simply because the filter for "All tickets reported" isn't right...

Can you be specific about what reports you are downloading and the steps you follow to do so? And also what you mean by the customer ticket tracker
