sub task power

HI all

   I want to realize the authority control of subtasks, which is as follows:

a. For problem type A, only a-sub-task can be created. For problem type B, only b-sub-task can be created

b. When the problem type is a, the default subtask type is a-sub-task

c. Set user rights. For example, user A can only create A-sub-tasks

  One of the above three situations can solve my current problem. Is there any corresponding solution
