"Trusted" role

Those new to the Atlassian Community have posted less than three times. Give them a warm welcome!
We have a role "Trusted" along with "Basic" and "Site administrator". Other than the Users admin page, I can't seem to find any reference to it.
These users are now being given permission to all products and charged licenses for all of them and I can't turn off the products they shouldn't have.
This is creating issues for Jira Product Discovery (they have licenses).
