When creating a new JIRA ticket, we get the following error:

Neccesary Access (Only if is and error or issue): Neccesary Access (Only if is and error or issue) is required.

It only happens on one of the projects, and error just started two days ago. Error appears regardless of the issue being created (tested with Epic, Tasks and Bugs).

Users trying to create tickets are Administrators on the project, so that it cannot be an access issue. Something must have changed in these two days but we don't know what it is.

Thanks

It appears to me that there is a Workflow Validator on the Create transition for the project. Please go to project settings > workflows and edit the workflow associated with the Issuetype in question. In diagram mode click on the create transition and then in the pop up window select Validators. Check to see if a Validator explained your required input exists. If so, check with project lead as to why. Remove if undesirable.

Hi @Cristina Martinez

Welcome to the community.

Or @Jack Brickey it can be that the field configuration has changed ant the field "Necesary Access" is set to required, but the field is not on the create screen
