Hi,

I'm new to JIRA and have a simple question. How can I access an issue by Key, for example, "CON-10049"?

Paul

Hey Paul,

Welcome!

The simplest way you can access an issue by key is by using the search in the Jira toolbar

Try typing the key CON-10049 in search. Your issue should appear

Let us know if that works!

Thanks,
Seon

An issue should always be available at https://<yourbaseurl>/browse/issue

So for yours assuming you are on Cloud as tagged, and your organisation is named "Dave" (everyone knows someone called Dave), then

https://dave.atlassian.net/browse/CON-10049

should do it.  I'm assuming you're wanting the url, not one of the other ways to "access" an issue

Thanks, that works.
