post functions for team managed projects

I am trying to add a post function to a team-managed project, but it does not show me the option in the configuration panel. Are post functions only available for company-managed projects?

Yes, workflows are very different in TMPs and CMPs.  

TMPs don't appear to have post-functions (they do, but it's "behind the scenes"), you need to go into each issue type and edit the workflow for them, hitting the "when this transition happens, do a clever thing" button"

Tried your suggestion and I'm still unclear.
I am having a similar issue as Noah. I am trying to add a post function to the "Resolved" transition, to display a Resolution Screen whenever an issue is transitioned to "Resolved".

I see the Rules button, but the Rules are pretty limited. I want a Resolution Screen to appear when a user transitions an issue to the "Resolved" status so that they can select the Resolution status as either "Done", "Won't Do", "Cannot Reproduce", etc.
