Is it possible to use these tools offline after we install " jira+confluence+ zephyr" trail server version for a trial project?

That tells me that either you've put in the address of the router instead of the JIRA server, or your network is configured to block access.

Again,

*     Look at the base-url of the service (note that it should not be "localhost" - use the name of your server or its ip address)
*     Put it into the address bar in your browser.
*     You now have a login screen.
*     If you have not set up any names/dns or routing, then your base url will probably need to be http://192.168.1.24:8080 (replace the 192...24 with the IP address of the server)

If you do not get a login screen, then your network is not configured to allow the connection.  You will need to fix that yourself, we can't know how your network is set up.

ok have tried and it says for authentication as the screen shot below it is accepting the IP DNS Server url and once i enter the username and password of the router the screen is refreshed with empty fields again.not moving forward.....would appreciate if u give idea.
