Hi
we have an issues with outage that is impacting Jira Work management, Jira Software, Jira Service Management and Jira Product Discovery.
(can't add label, can't assign, change status)
Jira is currently aware of the issue, but there is still no progress, and it's preventing us from moving forward with any work. I'll be glad to provide an update.

We can't do anything about this, we are dependent on Atlassian fixing it. There's no need for updates to us, we are all watching status.atlassian.com
