my POST works in Postman, not in C# httpclient

I am using httpclient with a POST async. In POSTMAN it works fine. I am also using a Bearer token, headed to https://jira.devops.somegov/rest/api/2/issue
I get a 200 response code, and the response content is basically the JIRA login page.
If you dive in deeper, it says my requestURI was the login page with some redirect after it that is also incorrect. The X_AUSERNAME says anonymous versus in postman it has my email.
I have confirmed a zillion times that the token is correct and my url is correct.
