I have created meeting notes and included the attendees as @mentions in the attendees section. I expected this would result in an email to the attendee advising them of the page they should refer to. This did not happen.
This issue is on Confluence Data Server 7.19.
Is there any way these notifications can be enabled/ disabled by administrators?
There are a couple of notification settings you need to check:

worth checking
And check the mail settings.

Hi @Aaron Pavez _ServiceRocket_ Many thanks for your reply. I should point out however that other notifications seem to be working and I am actively receiving email notifications for pages that I am watching / created. This means the email server should be set up fine and the second link you posted is not relevant in my case.
The notifications on the first link you posted do not effect @mentions as far as I can see
https://confluence.atlassian.com/doc/email-notifications-145162.html
Please put me straight if I am missing something, as I'm not a confluence admin.
