we can't access the project space in jira software

You'll need to talk to your administrators or project owners about your loss of access. There are currently no incidents reported, so your loss of access is because your admins have removed your permission to use it, or they have let the subscription lapse and the system has been taken offline
I's hard to tell which it might be without seeing the error messages you're getting when you try to use it.
