we are looking to extend JSM for another week as still need to test before we purchase
can anyone advise if it is possible to extent the product yourself or do you need to contact Atlassian directly please?

Atlassian Community is where volunteers meet to exchange ideas and help users - but members do not have access to any systems like billing and so on.
