update the value in the insight based on the value we get it from the scriptrunner.
where the insight custom field is the drop down , where is search the value and update accordingly in it

If you can elaborate little bit please and any screenshots after hiding confidential information will be very helpful.
Insight is a plugin, it is not included in Jira. It is the reason we will need more information.
