Hi everyone,

I have created an Automation Rule for certain invalid transitions from other members If condition / Add comment to issue and Added labels to that rule.

What to do if they take corrective action as per my comment and transtion back the ticket to me?

i want to ignore the rule for the ticket which is transitioned back to me.

To identify that ticket i have added labels to the ticket. So how can i exclude the automation rule if its transitioned back to me.

Hi @Sameer Mohamed , if a label is being added as part of the corrective action, then you can use that same label to skip the transition. Specifically add a condition that includes labels != "my label"
