how to delete a issue?

I create a issue in jira wrong. How to delete the case if I have no the right the delete?

If you are permission to delete a issue, so follow the steps below:

1) Choose the issue will delete.
2) Click in More > Delete.
3) Click on Delete inside pop-up.
