Hi @Alkanz Ali ,

I hope you are doing good!

First check the if the Reporter field is available on Edit Issue operation, if not please add and then go to permission scheme applier to the project and check modify reporter permission and change to User project role ( It depends on your organisation and what project roles are available).

 

Not: If Permission scheme in default and shared across multiple project and if you would like to make change to particular/single project then please create new permission scheme and make the changes mentioned above and associate it with that project.

Hi, @Alkanz Ali 

This permissions are granted through permission schemes. You can edit permission scheme in project, and add there users or groups, that can change reporter.

But one warning - this is dangerous practice, it's not destructive, but later you can have problems with investigating, who made issue, why reporter was changed, etc...
