its a new project need to configure issue types but cannot see the Add issue Type button

so asking to do manually ....i dont know how to configure manually pls help. cheers

Are you trying to add an issue type for a Team Managed project or a company Managed project? You can find out which type of project it is by looking at the Type column on the View all projects page from the Projects menu.

Instructions for adding an issue type to a Team Managed project are located here:

Adding issue types for Company Managed projects is more complicated. You have to add the new issue type, then add it to the Issue Type Scheme used by the project. Instructions can be found here:
