If you go to admin.atlassian.com > Settings you should see Atlassian Intelligence on the left-hand side and from here you can enable/disable it for your Atlassian products.
Hello, Yes I have gone there but it list no options to remove any app that has the AI active. But I have the AI icon active in my discription. I still have the AI Icon in my discription box to write with AI. This is still active

After you remove AI from a product there might be a delay before it is shown in the product. I would wait at least 24 hour before contacting support about it.
