crear incidencia a traves de correo electronico

Buenas me gustaría poder crear un jira a través de correo electrónico. Tenemos Jira Software y no nos llega a crear las incidencias si no tienen una cuenta de Jira. ¿nos pueden ayudar?

Puede configurar un controlador de correo entrante para su proyecto (configuración del proyecto, sistema, correo entrante). La advertencia aquí es que el reportero no se puede configurar como el reportero real a menos que se agregue como usuario.

I already solved that error but not the way I wanted. If I respond to Jira, the recipient receives an email saying you have a comment. The from is XXX@XXXX.atlassian.net. If you reply to that email, it does not send it, it gives an error (Delivery Status Notification (Failure)

But if you put jira@xxxx.atalassian.net and it does allow you to add the comment.

Well I'm guessing that the way you solved the other issue is resulting in the xxx@yyyy.atlassian.net where xxx is the unknown causing the issue. Maybe? The from address should be Jira@yyy.atlassian.net.

The email address is xxx@xxx.atlassian.net and if you write the email to that address the incident is not created, but if you put the email address jira@xxx.atlassian.net and link it to the project it does create the incident. What we want is for the index to be created by  xxx@xxx.atlassian.net assigned to the project.
