all gadgets not access by one of the user

Question

I have given the access to dashboard and filters to multiple users. One of the user is able to see all the gadgets on the dashboard and another user have issue accessing some of the gadgets like Pie CHART AND Filter.

Please let me know where I am doing wrong. Early reply in this matter is highly appreciated.

Hi Omar,

Greetings for the day!

As you mentioned, some users are able to see your Dashboard and gadgets this prove that you have shared all used filters along with Dashboard with other.

We need to take care of 3 things while sharing Dashboard -

* Share Dashboard with Project/Group/Specific user/s
* Share Filter/s with Project/Group/Specific user/s
* User should have access [at-least browse permission] to target project (filter/gadget configured) and should be member of group which is configured.

Please check all above 3 conditions against those user/s. I am sure you will find one of this is missing.
